This issue should not occur with normal use. However, to prevent any unexpected incidents, please start removing the phone case from the camera side rather than the button side.
The frosted finish feels way nicer in hand than I expected, and that cooling window actually keeps the back from heating up during long video calls. I popped it off from the camera side like the note said and it came off clean with zero struggle.
The cooling window cutout on the back is a clever touch—my phone actually feels less warm during long video calls. I also appreciate how the semi-translucent frost lets the original color show through without looking cheap. Fits snugly, and the camera-side removal tip saved me a scare.
The frosted finish gives it a soft, matte grip that feels way more premium than the price suggests. I’ve dropped my phone twice already and the case’s sturdy edge took the hit without a scratch. The cooling window is a nice touch for long gaming sessions.
